We have added a Bookings Promise to each new booking made directly with us since the 23rd March 2020.
You can book your holiday with complete peace of mind, safe in the knowledge that if it were to be cancelled due to Coronavirus you will be fully refunded or kept in credit for another time, the choice would be yours.
The circumstances where this applies would be if we are unable to open due to COVID restrictions either specifically for us or our area, or you are unable to visit due to local restrictions in your area. If we are not permitted to open our toilet/shower block. If you or a member of your household are self isolating or have tested positive for COVID and this coincides with your arrival date ( Proof will be required ).
Our Coronavirus Bookings Promise does not apply to other situations that may arise, such as you changing your mind, our normal booking conditions will then apply.
For all bookings made prior to the 23rd March 2020 and for bookings that have now been transferred to a later date, which are unable to go ahead due to Coronavirus then we will transfer all monies paid to a later booking of your choice.
